Quodo in Every Episode: Between-season break
Hi everyone!
As we have finished our last season 1 episode discussion, we will now take a breather before starting season 2. In particular, because things have been pretty busy and I don't know anyone else who is up to date on episodes, I'm going to make this between-season break one month long to give people time to catch up if they want. Actually, the break might last longer than that -- I'm basically going to pause the rewatch until at least one person other than me is ready to go for season 2. So for now, season 2 discussions are scheduled to start on Sunday 14 September, but if I haven't heard from anyone before that point that they'd like to move onto season 2, I will keep extending the break by another month. EDIT: Break extended now to Sunday 12 October.
Regardless of whether you're caught up or not, you can use this opportunity to sign up for a writing challenge. There are two options here:
- Backward-facing option: You will get a random selection of three episodes we've already discussed (that is, season 1 episodes) that don't have any Quodo fics for them yet, and your challenge is to write a fic for one of them.
- Forward-facing option: You will get a random selection of three season 2 episodes that probably don't have Quodo fics for them yet, for the purposes of trying to fic them during the course of the rewatch.
You can sign up for one or both of the challenges if you like. If you already signed up for a challenge(s), you can nullify them as you like and ask for a new set of episodes. To sign up, just leave a comment saying which challenge(s) you'd like to sign up for and I'll reply with your set of episodes.
Season 2 will likely have two mid-season breaks, probably after episode 2x08 and 2x17.
