Quodo Mini-fest V

It's that time again! Quodo Mini-fest is a low-pressure exchange that's basically just an excuse to have a little explosion of Quodo fanwork goodness. I will be running this event very much like I have in previous years. Sign-ups open soon (1 January)!

Schedule:
Signups: 1-10 11 January 11:59 PM PST
Assignments go out: ~12 January
Posting deadline: 10 February 11:59 PM PST
Work/creator reveal: 14 February 00:00 AM PST

AO3 Collection (check here for rules and information)

In the past, some mini-fests have been a bit fic-heavy and notably with quite a few longer works (fics over 5k words, for example). Which is great -- I love the creativity and prolificness of the participants in the event! However, I do want to remind people that it's perfectly okay to make a mini work for this event. A 100-word drabble, a sketch/doodle, several icons or a single gif, a fanvid of any length -- all of these are perfectly acceptable gifts for this exchange!

If this year ends up having quite a few chonky fics in the collection, I will likely stagger reveals and reveal the shorter gifts (art and short fic) on 14 February, and then gradually reveal the longer fic one at a time (and promote on Tumblr) over the subsequent days. So not all works will necessarily be revealed right on Valentine's Day but may reveal a few days later. Just a heads up about this way that works might get revealed!

Also, just another note that there is no penalty for signing up to a Quodo Mini-fest and then not submitting a gift (either because you didn't have time and dropped out or you just forgot about the event or something). So you are welcome to sign up even if that was your situation in previous years. However, I just do ask you to take a look at your gift(s) and thank the maker!

Let me know if you have any questions!
