Quark/Odo fan community

Our prompts are here! Quodo Week 2025 is a week dedicated to the Odo/Quark pairing from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. It runs from August 4th to 10th with the prompts below. Basically, you create however many works you like for the set of prompts given, and then post them on the appropriate day during the week, and then we can look at what everyone created!

Prompts:

• Day 1 (Mon 4 Aug): Meeting Moogie | "I named this drink after you"
• Day 2 (Tue 5 Aug): Early relationship/Terok Nor | "You read my diary?!?"
• Day 3 (Wed 6 Aug): Protective | Aphrodisiacs & love potions
• Day 4 (Thu 7 Aug): Interrogation | Odo using his shapeshifting for domestic reasons
• Day 5 (Fri 8 Aug): "You're the only person I can turn to..." | Screencap redraw
• Day 6 (Sat 9 Aug): Working together (e.g. solving a crime, helping with a mission) | Inspired by fanwork
• Day 7 (Sun 10 Aug): Quark's moon | Free prompt

Rules:

• Works must feature Odo/Quark as the primary relationship. Gen works focused on both of them, as well as poly ships involving both Odo and Quark, are also allowed.
• All media types allowed except AI-generated works.
• Posting: Posting is done primarily through Tumblr, but feel free to post or share your work on any other site including here and AO3.
• Prompts: Use the prompts however you like. One prompt or both, and any number of works. Works on any theme may be posted on Day 7.
• Posting early: You do NOT have to wait until the week itself to publish your works, but if you post early, please advertise your work again on the relevant day during the week itself.
• All content is allowed, but please do use required site warnings as appropriate.
• WIPs allowed, both in the sense that you can repurpose a preexisting WIP for this event if it fits, and in the sense that unfinished works are welcome to be posted.

Hi everyone! The winner of the event format poll was a ship week, so here we go! Quodo Week will be August 4th - 10th. I've posted a schedule in our sticky post (also copied below) and also set up an event Tumblr.

April 14-30: Prompt submissions (Form)
May 2-9: Prompt voting (Form)
May 10: Final list of prompts announced; AO3 collection opened for posting
May/Jun/Jul: Creation period
August 4-10: Quodo week! Work posting :)

Annnd I am now taking prompt submissions! Each day in the ship week will be associated with a choice of 2 prompts, so please suggest what prompts should feature. You have until April 30th to submit your prompts through this form, so get them in before then! You can submit any number of ideas, and we will vote on them afterward.
