chacushaThis week we're discussing... episode 1x13 "Battle Lines"!
Episode synopsis: When Sisko, Bashir, and Kira take Kai Opaka on a brief trip to the Gamma Quadrant, they end up crash-landing on a moon that functions as a jail for two factions of people unable to die and at eternal war with each other. Once she realizes she cannot leave the moon without dying, Kai Opaka finds meaning in staying and mending the hearts of people who have for untold years only lived for war and vengeance.
What The Boys are up to in this episode: Odo has two very small scenes: he is present as part of security when Kai Opaka comes aboard DS9, and then later, he is stressing out over the commander's runabout having not returned from the wormhole yet with location unknown and emphasizing how important the kai is to the Bajoran people. Quark doesn't appear. ToT
